I haven't posted for a while after the disater with my previous IVA firm. have now received proposal from new IVA firm in just over 4 weeks! Should have creditors meeting in about 3 weeks I guess. Payments will be £391 for first 10 months and then £350 for the remainder of the IVA assuming no major changes etc. Extra for first 10 months is to cover projected tax from our self employed work. Looks like my dividend will be 40p in the £ which is good as HSBC a major creditor.Keeping my fingers crossed.

One for the experts, one of my original debts for £482 was on an HSBC Commercial card, without explanation, HSBC transferred this debt to my old HSBC business account and have now passsed this on to Metropolitan Collection Services, who I am paying through my DMP. On my IVA proposal this debt is still listed under HSBC, I queeried this and my IVA firm said this was fine as they have to list the original owner of the debt so to speak, any comments appreciated.
