Just picked this thread up Jan (been away for the weekend) - hideous treatment and please do not let it grind you down. At least the hospital staff may be a bit cheerier for you on Xmas Eve. How long do you have to stay in for? I was in hospital over Xmas one year after an RTA, and the staff really do try and make an effort.
