Hello all - hope your all well, My eldesy & I are at home full of cold :( I hate it when they return to school after Summer, its when all the bugs start.

Been in to see my midwife this week, Im 22 weeks now & this pink bump is very active :) Midwife said I had a good bump which is actually measuring at 24 weeks lol! So I must be growing her well then!
I got abit tearful too as I was allowed to read what my consultant had said about me & reading it in black & white "extremely high risk of premature delivery" really got me down again, but they dont know & I dont know so you just never know!
Im due to see Midwife again in 2 weeks & she is going to see me again at 26 weeks, as thats when I first labored with my youngest, its more a check up for me mentally as it will be a hurdle for me to get through.
Im going through a really tired patch at the mo & keep falling asleep! I wish I had a laptop so I could sit on the forum more, but my PC & Chair is just not comfy with this bump after a while! Very annoying!

Mum is behaving & has been for her barium meal, MRI scan & CT Scan - But she was being awkward & upsetting me Dad till I said to her, "if you dont go for your hospital appointments, Im not going for mine" she looked at me & said "you have too" & I said so do you! N Dads never heard a peep out of her since! Just have 3 consultant appointments to get too now & see what happens next. x

Glad everything is still going ok Lyns - every week is a step closer and at least they are keeping a very close eye on you.

Listen to your body and if it says sleep then you do so!!

Glad your mum has been behaving as well - a bit of emotional blackmail doesn't hurt sometimes!!

Glad your Mum is ok Lyns, MIL surprisingly is too at the minute and gave daughter £250 for her 18th last Sunday, normally she won't acknowledge she's got a granddaughter!

Anyway, you take care x

Her boyfriend and her have booked 5 days in Manchester half term week in a hotel! his treat....they're going to do the whole tourist thing as although we always go there it's to see family so museums, a show and a nice restaurant is the order of the week for them and they will eat most evenings at family. I'm sure they'll fit a days shopping in there somewhere too to spend. She likes a necklace my boss has and my boss (good friend) has bought her a charm and a small chain (Thomas Sabo) for her 18th! I have bought her another charm (only as I haven't got a lot put by unfortunately) I would expect once she knows about the money it will be spent on Jewellery.

She's having a surprise party in the back of a pub, cousins hubby doing disco and we're not providing food so a cheap night but have been busy sorting 'nice' photos to play on large screen!

Fantastic news Lyns, so pleased for you and your Pink bump. Our new grand bump is a pink one too, due next month DIL has the baby waddle very much now.

Everyone I know seems to be having girls lately must be something in the water. I blame global warming it seems to be the cause of everything else why not this [:D] )
If life is what you make it, I must have been in a strange mood when I made mine

Hello! - My goodness I feel like Ive been away for ages!!!

Im 27 weeks! Yey! Im past the start line of when I first labored with my youngest son, its been quite emotional & rocky for me - but I feel alot better now. Im still nervous & probably will be till I reach past 30 weeks which is when he was born.
No more problems to report, other than I had a funny spell a couple of weeks ago that scared me silly. I had a shooting pain in my side the shot across my bump & I nearly passed out. GP ruled out anything to do with the pregnancy & put it down to muscular pain due to standing ironing most of the afternoon! GPs words: "Either only do a little or dont do any at all, or get your husband to do it!" So now Im not allowed to do the Ironing (does a happy dance!)
Hubby is going to sort & decorate bumps room out next month, but obviously bump will be in with us for a while first. Boys are fine sharing & love their bunk beds! We have a new suite (new to use) given to us - so now there is room for us all & bump when she arrives!
My youngest has just had his 7th birthday, funny that his birthday landed at the stage of my pregnancy where it all went wrong with him.

Mum has been in her for her operation & is behaving herself, though her memory is shocking now & is forgetting things within a hour of being told. It wont be long before Dad has to take over things like cooking completely, as she nearly blew them up just the other day.

I hope all you virtual aunties & uncles are well & keep everything crossed for me!! xxxx
