doesnt need much training to close the door on your way out,im horrified at this and would certainly look at taking it further although im sure the the easiest way for the poster is to try and put it behind her.
i really think the firm,the ip and the operator who dealt with this should be named and shamed,and before people say what good would come of that,maybe no good at all but would out these idiots and show the cold hearted nature in which they operate.
I also agree. This is something that is being addressed. Hopefully it is a one off and there is nothing to be gained by naming the firm and potentially harming it because of a mistake by one member of staff.

had a similiar siuation ...the comment been "was it an accident".be interesting if was same firm !at the time we were scared to complain.but at the end of iva will be putting it in to a letter.we now have a lovely three year old.im sorry lula i hope you are ok take care x
