I am thinking of applying to BAE for a job - does anybody know if being in an iva will count me out.

I am a Trustee of someones bankruptcy who works at BAE, so an IVA should not cause a problem. Might be worth giving them a call without giving your name and speak to their HR department.

I wouldn't not apply, but at the end of the day if you are offered the job then you will need to read the fine print of their terms and conditions of employment to be sure.
