Bailiff- Sending a Letter of vulnerability, Do you post it to the Court? or the creditor?

When a bailiff writes you a letter that they are going to come to your property to seize goods,

(this letter is from the local county court)- which has a court number,


and you have to pay the debt, from the 'Creditor' (Eg Barclays or Lloyds Bank)

you can write a letter to show you are vulnerable, which can get them to ease off you.

Whose address do we send this letter too?

Does this letter from the person have to get posted to the County courts address? or the creditors address?


(The creditor being the person who you owe the money too - eg, Barclays or Lloyds Bank
