Hi
Robinhoods is from a company that are not welcome on the forum. They are clearly anti IVA and pro bankruptcy.
To be fair to Baines and Ernst they are a very large provider of both DMPs and IVAs via Blair Endersby and by the laws of average will have some complaints etc.
Worth noting that they were winners of the "debt management company of the year last year" and also one of their advisors "debt counsellor of the year".
I am not going to allow other "professionals" to make remarks about other professionals whilst hiding under the anonymity of the forum.
Regards
Andam Davies

What was interesting on last nights program was the spokesperson from Demsa who stated that not one his members were one of the 129 firms warned by the OFT last October about mal debt practises, says something about Demsa although I was not aware that the 129 firms were named anywhere.

Every company will get complaints but they also get some good feedback on here as well.

Well said Andy.

DEMSA are nothing they are only a handful of IVA companies, not a regulatory body or anything. The guy from DEMSA was looking like a shifty old sod who knew he was having to tell fibbys about his members.
Baines & Ernst are not commenting this morning, even the SUN newspaper has been asking them about this farce and they have refused to comment, oh dear...[V]

On the grounds that robinhoodies etc won't give up, I am locking this thread.
