Jasper seemed to prefer human chocolate! Obviously we didn't give him too much - he had it when he needed pills or when he nicked it!

He lived to 12 years old despite all that, which apparently is a good age for an OES.

That's why I'm not keen on goats - they bite!

That's pretty good for an Old English Skip.

My dogs will eat anything if they can get it - thankfully they can't!

My mum's next dog (a mongrel) was about 18 when she died - it must be my mum's TLC!

They nip - as they don't have top teeth it doesn't hurt that much. And these are little itsy bitsy goats!! Although I did get a nasty nip last week as I was talking instead of filling the food bowl!! That'll teach me.[:D]

I remember going to Cricket St Thomas wildlife park a few years ago and we had to walk past what seemed like hundreds of goats - not my idea of fun! And they smelt! Presumably because there was so many of them, but it put me off goats for life!

I know what you mean Skippy. The ones that smell are uncastrated males. I love them - always wanted them and when they come running up for kisses and cuddles my heart just soars!! Silly really but I can tell they love their Mum!!

Aaah, I thought it was goats in general! They are sweet, but only in pictures!

If I had loads of land I'd love to have a donkey - I think they are gorgeous!

Yes - my dream if I win the lottery is to set up an animal sanctuary. I'll take any donkey, goat, alpaca that needs a home! I can see myself spending every day on my quad bike going round feeding everything. Just got to get the right numbers!

If you need anyone to help I could move to Cornwall and help you! I'd love to do something like that and get to live in one of the most beautiful parts of the country!

Skippy my Mum's dogs live to ripe old ages too. Now when I go there sometiems and she's feeding them their dinner, (they're spoilt rotten) I cringe inside but let her get on with it, one of them loves polo mints and the other loves tinned peaches! My dogs only really get dog food apart from the odd spare rib bone if we have them. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Ours get fed a mix of dry and tinned dog food, they do have scraps from cooked dinners if there is any left over and they have a Bonio and a dentastix during the evening.

We don't feed them when we are eating as we have the Guide dog with us and you can't feed them titbits.

That sounds like a plan Kazza! I'm sure Dave won't mind!
