She used to go through spells of plucking, but only her red tail feathers [V] appears to have stopped that now, tends to have a little chew when she is put in her cage at night[:(] both her and her little senegal pal are out of their cages all the time. It would breeding season for greys at this time, so maybe that has something to do with their renewed plucking [:I][:I]
