what if they do credit check can it count as fraud or witholding informatin.

Usually a basic account like the Co-op is accepted or you can apply online for Natwest basic account x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

If you get asked then you would have to be truthful but I think that if you're going for something like the basic co-op account they are more interested in your address details than anything else.

As I recall, Co-Op didn't ask for any financial info

had letter off sky saying to pay my bill in 7 days or my account be referred to debt collecting agency , can i pay it then or leave it.VB knows about it, i also emailed them (VB) to see what best to do.

Is the Sky bill being included in the IVA? Be guided by VB as to what to do.

i am so glad that i started sorting things out and also found this site and forum, having some one to contact for advice on letters like these and any thing else is just priceless, i would urge anyone who is reading here but afraid to take things further to contact the forum or one of the companys listed here for advice it will be one of the best things you will ever do.
