I have the Nat West step account which comes with a debit card and I also do online banking. Recently set up an e-saver account with them too which makes sense to switch over spare funds to save for emergencies etc

I am the same with Natwest, Step account and an E Saver account. I think now its called a Basic account with Natwest as I don't think the Step account exists now for new customers.
I think my Natwest is great - had no issues at all!

I only have praise for Natwest and if they're not one of your creditors I'd say go with them as it's so easy, e-saver I have too and a couple of clicks to move money around makes it so simple. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
