Hello, just a quick thought, if in the process of proposing an IVA and then (hopefully) you are in an IVA, can you still apply for a refund in bank charges over the last few years if your bank is your main creditor on the iva. If you are refunded then does the refund get put back into the IVA pot.

Yes you can apply for a Bank charge refund at anytime[there is court action pending on this issue]but if this refund is made during your five year IVA it will be deemed as a windfall and fall into your IVA
