does anyone know whats currently happening to the court cases regarding refunding bank charges??

It is still in limbo pending the banks being given permission to appeal against the ruling that the charges are subject to fairness rules.

That's true but the follow-on case is due to continue alongside the more technical "should it be considered at all case" that the OFT won previously and the banks are appealing.

Until all this is resolved the FSA have extended permission to banks not to have to investigate claims at this time.

The hope is for more news in the Autumn.
