Andy - the whole marketplace is a great big melting pot at the moment. My team this week had to type out a Chairman's report with 71 modifications, simply because different creditors want different things. And they want it all for a cut price rate too!

I agree with you that there should be a standard ruling, and whilst this may not make me too popular with forum members in IVAs, I feel that all windfall monies should be paid over and not jsut 50%.

Unfortuanately your bank charges money is seen as a 'windfall' and will therefore not go directly to you.

Bank Charges. Reclaim them today
