I was told no its ok they are a different "BANK". experts is this the correct info and would i be safe to open this account???

Hi steve

Natwest is part of Royal Bank of Scotland (RBOS).

Bank of Scotland is separate and merged with Halifax (HBOS)

Hope this helps

No - NatWest are owned by the ROYAL Bank of Scotland. This is a different entity to the Bank of Scotland.

Hello

Natwest and Royal Bank of Scotland are the same so you should steer clear of these as you have the Mint card and try another bank - Bank of Scotland are different and part of HBOS as stated above.

Hope this helps
