Has anyone had any problems with creditors after having their iva approved? Mine was approved just over two months ago but I am still getting calls from Bos! I contacted my ip who has told me they have contacted them on my behalf but I have still been receiving calls from them this week!
I got in from work today and have received a letter from Bos stating that someone will be either be calling to my home or telephoning me towards the end of the month!..is this allowed? (They didnt vote at the creditors meeting)
I was lead to believe that once you had an iva in place the creditors were not allowed by law to contact you?
can anyone possibly confirm this to me as its starting to stress me out
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
Thank you in advance for any advice

It does sometimes take some time for creditors to react to the fact that your IVA has been accepted, and your IP will have informed them probably more than once! There is nothing in law that stops them contacting you - but there is just no point as their debt is legally bound into the arrangement. I suspect that this will all die down shortly.
