Just had to tell someone i have just had a interestin conversation with Nat West as i was incrasing my standard order for my IVA payment

They asked me if i would like to upgrade my account and said you can try but i doubt it will go through as i am in a IVA ,.....he continued and it came up as if i was bankrupt! I think i have read something before with nat West regardning them as the same thing.... do you think i should now worry that they will close down my account? Also is there any where that i can check to see if i am down in a IVA and not bancrupt ( i know i am but i want to make sure the system is correct)
