the other thing needed to ask was me and my husband are getting divorced,we have a joint iva,plus a mortgage,which he wont pay no more so will probably,well will get repossesed,would it be possible for me to go bankcrupt on my own even tho these are joint,how would it work thanks

Yes, you can go bankrupt on your own.

The IVA will have to seperated and your husband will need to maintain his own payments.

If he doesn't then the creditors, including the mortgage company if the house is repossessed, will chase him for the whole amount owed as you are both jointly and severally liable for the joint loans.

You need inform your IP of the change in circumstances.
