hay all well it happened lol at 14.25 this afternoon i was made bankrupt wow i cant believe how easy it was kind of scary in a way.

i arrived there this afternoon about 2pm saw the court clerk who checked my forms made sure everything was ok i then signed a few boxes and payed my fee £510.00.

he then told me to wait in a waiting room while the judge checked over my declaration and by 2.30 i was out the court and im now going to wait to be contacted by the official reciever in a few days but i cant believe as to how simple the whole process was.

unfortunately the fee is due to go up next week so i got in just intime
the people were very nice in the court and very helpfull even had a few jokes with them but all in all very easy.

now debt free wohooooo

A fairly painless process for you - and hopefully your experience will help to allay the fear of this process for other forum posters, where bankruptcy may be the only option.
