Hi All:

you all provide some great help.

If I file for Bankruptcy, without any rental debts, does the Landlord ALWAYS get informed ?

Depends basically.

If the Lanldord sees his address as the address that you go bankrupt then yes he will find out.

In respect of trying to remove you then that would be a different case as he would have to refer to the lease and how many years you are into it.

Why not provide us with some infor such as how long you have been there and then we could take it further!

The landlord lives next door. He used tolive in my house, but moved out. I have rented it for 2 years.

I dont "think" he would ask us toleave if he found out, but the less number of people who know, the better.

Hi Andy

I think you should be okay as he only wants his rent!

I don't want to worry you but I have heard of cases where the OR will tell the landlord of the BR. You need to check the terms of your lease to see what it says regarding BR.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is the present - a gift to make the most of.
