I currently work 30 hours a week my husband is unemployed and he doesn't receive any benefits. I receive child benefit, child tax credit, working families tax credit, housing benefit and council tax benefit. I also get maintenance for my 1st child. When filling our my application for a fee remission which if the above do i include im my gross annual income. Do all of them count

Hi angp and welcome to the forum

I assume that this application is as a result of ongoing matrimonial proceedings, so you are better off asking your solicitor what needs to be included. But I would have thought that you have to list all forms of income and expenditure.
