As Skippy says, my OR call was about an hour after going BR, and my interview was 2 days later. Strangely enough, my questions were on my house and contents insurance??? and on a loan that I took out for home improvements.

I have not yet received anything in the post (postal strike I guess) but no doubt will get something soon as she requested some paperwork.

Good luck for later on and please let us know how you got on.
