HELLO
COULD YOU HELP PLEASE I KNOW SOMEONE THAT IS IN REAL TROUBLE WITH MONEY AND IS THINKING ABOUT BANKRUPTCY AS SHE HAS LOST ONE OF HER JOBS SO SHE IS FINDING IT HARD TO SUPPORT HER AND HER CHILDREN NOW. SHE LIVES IN A COUNCIL HOUSE AND IS NOT BEHIND IN THE RENT BUT IN THE PASSED HAS BEEN , WOULD THIS COUNCIL HOUSE BE TAKEN FROM HER IF SHE WENT BANKRUPT.

No, her house will not be taken from her providing, obviously, that she keeps up with the rent.
