I have been made bankrupt but have got a few things I would like to sell which probably would equate to a few hundred pounds at best. My question is is it ok to do this as it is a one off?

There should be no problem with this, so long as the amounts concerned are modest. Perhaps you ought to mention to to your Trustee just for transparency.
