Hi all.Im filling out a rough copy of my bankruptcy forms at the moment ive been given a list of creditors from my IP.But today i have recieved a letter from my old bank who have hit my old account with charges and have also taken 3 months of loan repayments which were included in my IVA. They are claiming my IP didnt contact them. The thing that worries me is it amounts to £1400.00 with the charges.. Can i just add it to my list of creditors on the bankruptcy forms or will it cause me any problems..thanks

It won't cause problems.

Just add the amounts on to the list of creditors and keep the letter that you received from the bank.
