Currently filling out forms to bankrupt our partnership (Forms 16, 17 & 18.)

Form 16 is all good.

However form 17 (statement of affairs for member of partnership), and form 18 (statement of affairds of partnership) consist of part A: List of secured creditors, B: List of unsecured creditors and A: List of secured creditors.

There are 2 x A and 1 x B and nowhere obvious to list any other assetts? Should there be a page C and the court has sent it wrong, or is this how it should be?

I suspect that this is just an error on the part of the Court - so just fill in one A and one B!

Do you think there should be a part C for a list of assets?

I'll ring the court in the morning to confirm but I just wanted to avoid a sleepless night if possible... [;)]

You would think so, but I have only dealt with about a dozen partnership bankruptcy cases in my whole career so cannot profess to be an expert. A quick call to the Court should do the trick.

Turns out there should be Form A, B AND C. C being for assets with no security held over them. Off to the court then to pick them up!
