hope4us - you will find enormous relief when the BR is actually in place. You've reached the decision after a lot of thought and advice and I'm sure its the right decision for you.

I also got in the position where I felt like I was working for nothing as I never saw any of the money it went on my debts straight away - a soul destroying way of life.. taking action can only be a positive step. xxx
Creditors meeting set for 2nd June....

Can anyone answer our question please as we (hubby and i)are declaring ourselves br my father has offered to put forward himself for the beneficial interest in the property hence the £211 plus £1 to have the OR name taken off the deeds but how will this work for the both of us will it be two lots of £211 plus £1,and will my dad be putting his name to 100% of the BI on the property?? many thanks in advance x

Your father will be acquiring 100% of the beneficial interest - and he may need to pay two lots of £1, but there should only be one set of legal fees.
