Andy - I wish that all creditors would operate under the same rules, but sadly this is not the case at present, and sometimes I feel that things are just getting worse.

I and my staff are spending three times the amount of work dealing with various representatives protocols, at a time when the leaders of our profession are supposed to be coming up with standardisation. And often for half the fees that we have previously been able to charge. This cannot last - as good IPs will simply not be able to afford to do the work.

Hi Beechy,
just popped on to this site, for my regular
reading, as this seems to have become a habit, although I dont post very often, I always
read the threads, and if I can, offer some words...
I found myself BR last July, for different reasons, but BR all the same...and as I posted
recently,I was discharged in December, and wondered if it was a record!!!
but saying that, please pass on to your clients,
its not the end of the world, very much the opposite...there really is a light at the end of
the tunnel, and the feeling of relief is overwhelming, knowing that you will repay what you can and that all that can be done, has been done, sleep comes quite easily, and the future really does look rosy...please tell them, they
are doing the right thing, and as always, there
is tremendous support here, anytime...

good luck to you and yours

regards
PJ
