Hi all again,

Thanks for nice welcome.

Just questions on bankruptcy.

I have recieved all my br docs to fill in and been booked in for a br appointment on 21st Nov, which I hoped would have been sooner.
I owe to 5 creditors which consist of 4 visa card and a catalogue.
They are all due their minimum payments now and the only money we have is for the br fee and all payment come to £300, I am worried as one(visa) I have had made an arrangent for next 6 months to pay 1% of interest(£56) and due this week and if I leave it till 21st nov I am worried they will have collection company on me. I feel like just ignoring them till my br day but not sure what to do.
I would apprecitate any help.

Thank you for reading.

Personally, I would not bother paying them anything as you have a bankruptcy date looming. It might be more sensible to save that money towards the Court fees, or hand it over to the Official Receiver once the bankruptcy order has been made.

Hi Neil, I would put the money towards the BR fees if I were you. I stopped paying my IVA and didn't pay any creditors so that I could save the BR fees.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is the present - a gift to make the most of.

Thanks all for advice, I left my name and number at court incase of any cancellations. so fingers crossed the sooner the better. Me and the wife(who has stuck by me) have had non stop stress for last 6 years, enought is enough.

Thanks Neil
