2) As a full-time student, will I be eligable for reduced fees OR can payment for this arrange to be spread over a period of time.

2 You would need to check this out with your college or university to see what policy they have. If you are going to take credit of £500 or more during a bankruptcy you need to get your Trustee's permission.
