Hi Terry, Good luck for the 1st August. Skippy/Julie I know have experience of bankruptcy and will be able to give you advice.

Suit always gives a nice impression but I'm sure smart and casual would suffice too.

All the best
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Good luck from me as well. I agree that a suit makes a good impression but the chances are that you won't even see the judge.

It would be good if you started a blog Terry and that way others can read about your journey and experience of bankruptcy maybe? x

If you look at the top of the page IVA Blogs tab, click on there and register and write your first instalment of your journey to debt freedom.

You can add to it as you see fit and as an added bonus a blog of the fortnight/month is chosen and receives £25 in vouchers from Andy Davie...

Hello terry we went smart. But casual. Hubby had trousers and shirt but no tie I changed 20 times :) they are all friendly in there. He/she just asked us what happened and is it what we really want.( Idividually )you will be ok. Good luck. Go in what makes you comfy

You'll probably find that you sit outside the court and the paperwork is taken in to be rubber stamped.
