Well after phoning Accuma three times today the situation still isn't sorted so I told them I was cancelling my direct debit for my first payment until it was sorted. When I called the bank they said no direct debit had been set up so I called Accuma for the 4th time. Went through all the bank details again and it turns out they put my account number in wrong anyway so it will be declined!!! Can they get anything right!

I still haven't heard from Accuma despite phoning them again today!!!!! My payment was due to go out on the 9th June and I refused to send them the signed paperwork until I had confirmation of my questions. They got my bank details wrong as well. Extremely fed up now. If this doesn't get sorted will they ask for two payments beginning of July?

I dont want to panic you as lots of people have had success with Accuma and have had their IVA go through without any problems but as you have probably read its not been an easy ride for me and Im seriously fed up with it all now! Just make sure you do your research and Im sure you will be fine x

Right well I managed to get hold of Phillip at Accuma this morning.. my IP is away on leave again!!!! He is sending me another direct debit mandate to fill in and sign as they got the details wrong on the last one and will get a confirmation letter out to me about my queries as soon as my IP comes back!!! So my first payment is to be made 9th July now and not 9th June... I am hoping this wont reflect badly on me and look like I have missed one payment because its not my fault!
