Are there any specifics for bankruptcy to be refused when filing for it? Do you have to declare all accounts even ones with no credit facility or does the OR contact all banks in area-i guess the newspaper advert helps folks to come fwd and do what they want with you.If you had a sum of money of dwp monies for old age, that had been transferred by way of a death but far too small to pay off debts, and needed anyway to pay, then would that be taken away from you even if you still had the ashes to lay to rest some 200 miles away so would be needed to be saved for future cost in say springtime.
Isn't
thankx

It is possible for the judge to refuse to make an order, and recently I have seen this happen where there is a feeling that the debtor could afford to pay something to their creditors but just doesn't want to.

You should declare all of your accounts for transparency, and the Official Reciever will contact all of yor creditors. In my experience, Income Payments Orders are relatively rare, and are unlikely to be taken in the event that your only income is from benefits.
