Hi,well the lady who phoned me was lovely, very sympathetic to my cause but sadly, she said we are facing bankruptcy :( I already knew this deep down,i guess ijust needed someone to confirm it. MY main problem now is my partner, he is refusing point blank to go through bankruptcy because he is in denialand thinks hes failed if he does? I am at my wits end now. The lady from Melanie's team is putting me in touch with a chap called Paul, who can try and talk to Trev, give him the facts and try and turn him round so we can stay together as a family for the sake of our son who's 13. If not, then i've got to do whats best for me and my son. I'm really in such turmoil i keep being sick through the worry - it just doesn't seem fair!

helen

so sorry, you are having a terrible time!

i hope you can get your partner to face the situation and deal with it with you!

a few people on here have gone down the bancruptcy route and i am sure if you need any advice, there will be people happy to advise and support you!

i really hope you can get things sorted so that you can get on with your life without worrying!
