hi i just have a few questions regarding bankruptcy. I do not have al the documents that you require to have. I do not have 12 months of statments and i do not have any paperwork from creditors anymore. I have a few statments and a list of all creditors and how much we owe. do not want to get there and then get sent home.
Also with regards to OR checking through bank statements we spend most of wages in one shop. its the shop where we work and are 7 days a week between us. we also pay all our bills there via paypoint, also buy our sons nappies there. i am hoping they will think it starnage thats thaere lots of transactions in one particular place. x

Hi Amy, I'm sure if you explain about why you always shop in one place if questionned you'll be fine, it's your choice at the end of the day where you shop.

With respect to the statements, I'm sure Skippy once said she didn't have all documentation rady but don't quote me on that, I'm sure someone will come along shortly to put your mind at rest.

I hope it goes smoothly for you. x

Amy, you can provide your OR with detsils of your creditors and let them sort it out.

Don't worry about this, just get the forms sorted and the rest should follow.

Hi Amy - we didn't have to provide documentation of creditors, just listed all the details on the statement of affairs.

As for shopping in one shop, you will be able to explain that to the OR so don't worry.

xx

Hi Amy

We didn't have 12 months worth of everything either, in fact we only had a couple of statements and a few demand letters. We just sent in what we could and so far nobody has complained. Think the OR can get any info they want from the creditors anyway.

Hope it all goes well for you.
