I hate to dispel what may or may not happen but the FSC decison to allow the Banks to regroup to defend the bank charge claims is another oversight. The Banks have now regrouped and seem mightly confident to defend their charge policy and will I predict scupple any consumer laws that will be levied at them.

It was better to have left the thing wide open letting people keep claiming and the banks keep paying. The Banks are too powerful and too MUCH IS AT STAKE for the FSC to win this one.

The FSC doesn't care if they lose...they have no teeth these days, there are still too closely knit up with the banks.

Damn the FSC!
