I think I had them down as around £450 but they lowered it to £320!! They did however send a debt colletor round while we were setting up the iva. The same debt collector also constantly left messages on the answerphone daily for about 2 weeks after my iva was approved, along with various letters. It only stopped after I gave my IP his phone number and they called him!

Good to see you bouncing back. Mercers are indeed a pain - I just ignored the calls and sent the letters to my IP. As for Next - well they seem to have some sort of communication problem - right hand not knowing whathe left is doing.....
I got letters for months after the IVA and now I get correspondance reducing the amount I owe if I pay it now!! (As in you owe £1,300 but if you pay £900it will be good for your credit rating and the debt will be cancelled!!)
Needless to say those letters also go straight to my IP.
