Good Luck ladyc, I think the upseting part for me is the failure of the DMP. Was this put in place by yourself or via a 3rd party company. You obviously maintained your payments (even exceeded) and if interest was not entirely frozen during this period you will have racked up even more to your creditors.
The stance from the judge seems harsh, were the revised payments really impossible? I know that the IPs cannot support the stance you have taken regarding the payment of your sister, but I fully understand your reasons and want to pay her back everything first.
I somehow hope you can conclude this episode and get on with rebuilding your life. Good Luck
Certainly hope I didnt say anything to offend anyone, I wasnt trying to. I felt I could feel a few twisted knickers here and just wanted to say, its better to be honest and pay up than to kick and scream about whats already happened.
I have posted here for nearly 3 years on and off and been through my own situation. I have never tried to upset anyone or tried to fuel a fire. Much better to try to understand where someone is coming from, when you have nothing there is nothing to lose. I dont pretend to know about financial stuff I am useless at such things. (probably why I ended up here 3 years ago, eh?
Anyway I like to try to help people if I can and thats my only reason for posting on this thread.
David really is very keen to post again and is a very big fan of the forum, but there are certain issues that need to be resolved before he can do so. I am sorry that I cannot tell you more, but you can keep up to date with all his thoughts by clicking on the blogs section and reading what he has written.
Regards.

Unfortunately Paul I have to say the same as Size5, there are things going on in the background which have to be sorted.
I can't say anymore than that.
