I emailed my IP a month ago regarding a price for a full and final settlement, he acknowledged my email and said he would get back to me and I have heard nothing. I've sent 2 more emails and both were ignored.

I really want to get things moving. It's so frustrating.

Is it normal to have to wait this long for a response?

You will need to keep chasing him Poppy.

All IPs are busy at the moment, but it only takes a couple of minutes to work out a settlement figure. Can you remind me of which firm you are dealing with?

Why not e-mail your IP directly again, and politely ask when you might expect to receive a response.

Poppy, we're with Accuma and whilst I regret going with them, when I email the IP direct he always gets back to me. Make sure it is the IP you're contacting and not one of the team.

By bug bear is the IP always wants us to talk to a memebr ogf the team, but I insist on dealing with him direct.

Good luck xx
