Hi
Creditors will look at your case from a commercial basis and if they can see that they can recoup their money from your property then this is the route that they will,more than likely,take over a monthly IVA
Why not look into an equity release scheme with a view to offering a full and final settlement to your creditors.I believe that under these schemes you make no ongoing payments and remain in your property for the rest of your lives.
