Well when Clearstart did our proposals for our iva we were told to include all income and we did . Dla was part of that. We have only just had our iva accepted so our first payment is on feb 4th. When my daughter reaches 16 she will be able to claim in her own right but i will hopefully by then be back at work myself .We will just have to face things when they crop up.
