We've just had another 2 phone calls regarding this.

Thy are now sayig the first payment for this claim is 26 (or 39) weeks from the submittance of his claim, although the claim was orginally submitted in JULY!

This is yet another lot of misinformation!

The guy we talke to did point out that was only his undersnding of things, but at this rate my friend will be homeless by march!

Good news at ast!

It seems everything my friend has been told over the past few weeks and months has been absolutel twaddle!

Hhis benefits have been worked out and although not absolutely wonderful, it gives him a bit of a breather for the next few months!

They are claiming he "lied" about the initial policy.

We've been to the citizens advice and they said there was nothing really that could be done, as "technically" he did lie as he idn't mention the existing back problem, although it isn't associated with this problem.

Ihave some forms regarding th complaints procedure and will keep putting them in front of him!

Who knows... it may make him do something.
