I do everything online including the upgrades but it's up to you whether you apply online or in branch.

It's what I did but looking at your original post, you're a month away from the 6 year mark so if you were to hang on for your completion certificate, clean up them credit files etc., you'd be able to go for a full account straightaway. However, the basic account is alright and does what it says.

It should have gone up.

Think its cos l didn't think l ever get anything again kallis so not used to it. But thinking if l got that credit card l should be able to get current account when 6 years is up.

It is a strange feeling, I agree when I first finished my IVA after about 6 months I decided to apply for a car loan. I KNEW it wouldn't go through but tried anyway and was surprised when it did!

I'm still paying it regular and my credit score is currently 4/5 with Noddle not sure how to get it to 5/5 as it's been 4/5 for ages and everything is paid on time etc.

Must say I have stayed with my Co-Op Cashminder accounts. They do everything I want, apart from having a cheque book ... which, so far, I haven't needed.

I recently re-activated an account with Nat West for a project which needed a point to pay fees to (it has been sat dormant with a fiver in it throughout the IVA) but now the project is over I might let it go back to sleep again.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

Natwest said they wouldn't do anything till 6 months after the 6 year is up. Barclays said 6 to 12 months after the 6 years is up. Said l done rite thing getting a credit card and to build my credit up on that.
