Thanks Kallis. That didnt seem to be the impression I got earlier.

If my IP is viewing or anyone from the firm in Cardiff on the Forum, I would appreciate some clarity, thanks

Am I right in thinking that Melanie is your IP drowning?

If so, I hope she will come on and clarify, because I am still under the impression that anyone who doesn't vote it is taken as a yes.

I may owe you a grovelling apology drowning.

I thought you were on about 75% of the creditors voting, and you weren't were you? You were talking about 75% of the value.

In that case, I don't know if it does make any difference, although mine went through with only 50% of the value.

My knees are scraping on the floor as I type this if I am wrong.

Sorry I am only just reading this post, and you guys are correct in that I am acting for drowning.

For various reasons I would prefer not to discuss a live situation on the forum, so am going to e-mail drowning directly so that we can discuss this privately. Once negotiations are finalised, I am sure my client will wish to explain everything to the rest of the forum.

My apologies Melanie, I totally got hold of the wrong end of the stick there.

Fully understand that you need to discuss it offline.

No problem at all Jan - I am glad you posted, as I have been busy today and am only skimming the forum this evening, so I may not have noticed the post. Your eagle eyes are very well receieved on here at any time - we won't know what to do when you get back to work - any idea when?

I'm off for at least the next week. Back to see the consultant next Tuesday so we'll see what he says then. I shall try and get another couple of weeks off if I can!

Don't worry - as soon as I get in from work, I shall be straight on to catch up with what I've missed during the day.

I shall be suffering extreme withdrawal symptoms!

Sorry for the delay in not posting, but was awaiting results of my Creditors meeting and subsequent adjournment.

I am pleased to announce that my IVA proposal has now been accepted with no modifications that affect my proposed dividend or time frame.

A big thank you to everyone on the Forum for their support and well wishes, it has been a very stressful time for me, but now the hard work begins.

Also a massive thank you to Mel and the team at the IVA Bureau, particularly Tomas who was getting calls off me every day.
