Hi Team,

I don't know if you can do a full and final like that, I'm hoping one of the experts will be a long to assist.

Normally you should offer as close to the original dividend as possible You will also need to tell the creditors where the money is coming from.

you can do a full and final at antime during the iva
as jan says the nearer the dividend the better but creditors would rather have the bulk of the money now.
my wife was 11 months in and she offered about 80% of the dividend and was accepted 100%.
they dont want to wait same as us
have a go and speak to your ip
cc received 6th January 2014 now upwards and onwards

You can make whatever offer you like both in and prior to an IVA - but at the end of the day creditors have to accept it.
