Karol does, as Mel says, respond to those who head up their queries with IVA Forum - however those waiting for a response at the moment please take into account it is Easter and Karol may be on leave and away from work.

Good luck all !

Of course most offices will be shut after today until Tuesday. Hopefully the forum will be able to provide support and advice for anyone that needs it.

I can only say good things about GT too.

Each time i've called with a query relating to our situation their answer and help was almost immediate.

We've now paid our second payment (our first by direct debit) and even sent an extra payment from our surplus income too.

People should remember that British people are bad, and the internet even worse for only ever stating when things go wrong. We should all praise (when earned and due) more often.

Hi everyone,

Yes I have to agree with the service from GT. With Karol on this forum, my emails have been answered very quickly. Got an update on my Completion Certificate so will not annoy her for a while hehehe... Finished IVA Oct 2011 and my Cert should be with me fingers crossed May/June. Not quite sure what year though lol.

Good news snoopy - let's hope the completion letter is with you soon.

It'll be on its way very soon then.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

From what I have picked up from this forum, there are plenty of people very happy with GT at the proposal stage and during the course of their IVA - the problem is with their completion process, it's unacceptably slow.
Completion certificate received 31 March 2012.
