Dear all,
Just to say that we had our creditors meeting today and I'm very pleased to say that......our IVAs were accepted with some modifications![:)]

We'd just like to thank all of you for your posts, which have been invaluable and a pillar of support for us during this difficult period.

A very big thank you to Melanie and team who have worked diligently hard on our behalf to ensure that we put forward the most affordable proposal and yet one that is acceptable to >75% of our creditors!

We would highly recommend Melanie and team to anybody who is experiencing insolvency/serious debt problems as they offer nothing but expert guidance and top notch support to ensure you make a fully informed decision. Thank you Melanie!

Thank you once again all, keep posting and we will continue to follow this forum and contribute where possible. For those who just read the forum but never post....if you are experiencing financial difficulty get posting...a problem shared is a problem halved!

Best

Many thanks, we feel so lucky to have found such a supportive and understanding community before it was too late.

I forgot to say a big thanks to Andy Davie for running and promoting the forum - so thanks Andy, keep up excellent work, its such a valuable site.

When I receive Chairman's report I will post up details to share experience.

Best

Hi
Well done to both Jon and Jane in having their IVA accepted.Having met them in person I could see that they were genuine people looking for a genuine solution to their problems.Bring an IVA and Melanie into the equation and you have a successful recipe
and end result.
It,s good to see Northern Rock out voted by other creditors.
Good Luck

Hi ordinary_world it was nice to hear that both of your IVA's were approved recently. I think you had one of the best IP's out there on your case. The creditor weight has been lifted now get on and enjoy life.
