HI AGAIN

DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A LINK THAT EXPLAINS THE BANKRUPTCY PROCEDURE IN SIMPLE TERMS. ALL OF THE ONES I HAVE FOUND ARE REALLY WORDY AND CONCERN BUISNESS AND DONT REALLY MAKE MUCH SENSE TO ME. JUST IN CASE I CANT HOLD ON OR I AM UNABLE TO EARN ENOUGH FOR AN IVA.

Do you own your home or rent? Do you have equity in it? Iff not then make your creditors wait its their own fault because they are forever pushing you into taking more credit and more loans so if you have no assets etc let them wait

Hi again is it possible for you to become your disabled childrens carer I believe you can get paid for doing this. It may be worth enqiring with your local council.

Hi Scooby and thanks for your reply

I Have found out that i can claim 47 pounds per week while i am out of work which is carers allowance.

My last job fitted around my kids hours, tried social services carers, waste of time, most have never even heard of Autism. Have found foreign psychology students good but i have to pay them.

I rent, have no assets, my car is 5 years old peugeot 206 on finance.
