Some of my debts are registered under previous addresses where friends and family still currently live. Will me entering in to an IVA blacklist those addresses and would it affect, for example someone who is trying to get a mortgage who lives at that address?

There is no such thing as a 'blacklist'

When someone applies for credit at any address only information relative to that person is assessed.

There are certain circumstances where an association has been created for example if you applied for credit together or put on an application form at some point.
