Just to add to that - your creditors will continue to chase you even though you are applying for an IVA.
It's one of the things you have to suffer unfortunately.

that all sounds lot more understandable as im sure you can understand being told all of this at first its a bit like "woah didn't realise that" but as you have explained its a lot more clearer so thank you for going out of your way to answer my questions.
Any questions, there is usually someone around to answer them for you.

Don'y worry about it as there is a lot to take in. Never feel intimidated by your IP or their staff as they are there to help and if you have the slightest doubt tell them. It is better to answer the same question a couple of times now and the client understanding than to have a problem later and a confused client.

Thanks for post this is James and Nick we decided to leave BE to start our general practice.
The impovements in customer service at BE are part a long term commitment by BE to improve and was something we were directly involved in and supported.
BE has now employed several additional IPS to replace us and we believe we are leaveing the cases in good hands.
It would have been nice, if indeed not common courtesy, to have been told just who these hands belong to.
yeah thanks that makes a lot of sense i suppose trying to take it all in one go is a bit overwhelming but im gonna speak to him tomorrow so if i do need any answers im sure ill ask
